Lake Rabun Fishing

The fish are biting goof on Lake Rabun. The Walleye are in their summer pattern holding on a 40 to 50 ft bottom. These North Georgia Walleye are feeding early in the mornings and late in the evening throughout the night. Try using night crawlers Carolina Rigged on the bottom at these depths. This is a very good technique for catching several of the bigger Walleye.

Lake Burton Yellow Perch

The Yellow Perch bite is upon us! These fish are very concentrated and are biting great! This is a good time of year to catch a mess of North Georgia Yellow Perch

Lake Lanier Fishing / July 14

The Summer Striped Bass Bite is awesome! We have been catching boat loads of fish lately. Most of the fish are concentrated over the south end of Lake Lanier. These fish seem to be holding on a 70 to 80ft bottom. The Blue- Back Herring bite has been working best. Trolling Capt. Mack Farr umbrella rigs has been producing some nice fish mid-morning as well.

Lake Burton Fishing

Summer is here on Lake Burton. Most of the fish have moved to their summer patterns. The bass and trout are deep. Most of the bigger Spotted bass and Large Mouth are holding over a 25 to 35 ft bottom in and around brush piles or some shadded cover. The Lake Burton Brown Trout are concentrated over the main lake channels. These fish seem to be holding on a 60ft bottom. Trolling crank baits ha been a proven technique for these fish.

Lake Lanier Fishing
