Walleye In Georgia

Walleye fishing in Georgia is overlooked. We currently run guided fishing trips on  five of these lakes.  Walleye filled lakes( Lake Lanier, Lake Burton, Lake Seed, Lake Rabun, Lake Yonah). There are other lakes in Georgia with Walleye as well.  The Walleye  are thriving well, with our average weight going from 3lbs last year to 4lbs this year. We often have an occasional 7 to 8lber in a day of fishing.  I look forward to the next couple of years of this fishery improving drastically due to the size of the fish we are currently catching.
