The Bass bite has been great the few weeks. We have caught fish shallow and deep. A jerkbait seems to be the ticket right now. We’ve been working these Bates over long points in around the main Lake channel.
The striped bass bite has been on fire the last few days. we are not catching a lot of big fish but catching a lot of numbers. Free lining and downloading have both been effective we have had best success on small trout and blueback herring. Don’t be surprised if you go out and catch 20 to 30 fish in a trip. Good luck
